Microsoft Complete for Surface-series devices must be purchased at time of device purchase or within 45 days after purchase with Device inspection. In European countries, only devices purchased through Microsoft Store can have Microsoft Complete added within 45 days of device purchase.
*For covered Breakdown and Accidental Damage claims the cover is limited to a maximum of two (2) replacements and/or maximum of three (3) repairs up to the original purchase price of the product in total. Each Accidental Damage claim is subject to a deductible as set out in the Microsoft Complete terms and conditions.
