Description
Super Star Troopers is roguelike tactical strategy game. Annihilate the rebel scums and fight your way through alien hordes in gigantic battle station with your super-cyber-duper-space-commandos. Game honors it’s Laser Squad and old school X-COM roots, but with simpler mechanics and faster phasing. It’s all about hitting the enemies hard and keeping your team safe as long as you can. You can’t win this war, but you can damn right save as many hostages as you can and punish some bad guys before it’s all over. You got standard tactical assault gear, the Assault Ion Cannon and the trusty Tactical Power Armor with slowly regenerating shields, but there won’t be any magic potions to heal you on your way. The levels and the enemy numbers will grow, while your team will only get weaker if you not careful. Plan your steps wisely and try out new strategies with different armor upgrades and you will be rewarded. Evolve your game and beat your high scores in singleplayer campaign or challenge your neighborhood nemesis to the legendary duel in multiplayer mode. Hope you’ll enjoy the journey!

v1.2.9 ------- Unified the armor and weapon power icons and added I/II specifier texts. Fixed the bug that crashed starting of new game when previous game was just lost and AI turn was unfinished. Removed the interstitial video ads from the game. v1.2.8 ------- Changed the power battery icons to match icons in the energy pool. Clarified the hit rate percentage action info text (from "pct" to "%"). v1.2.7 ------- Some clarifications and translation fixes to plot dialog texts. End turn button glow now only on first level and the glow starts more faster if player is idling. v1.2.6 ------- Added glow to end turn button when player has used all his characters at least once in current turn. v1.2.5 ------- Auto-open mission log dialog when first log (game prologue) is available. Level objective description now shows the real time count of the remaining enemies. v1.2.4 ------- Disabled the resume after lost game (resume continued the game although the whole team is dead). Fixed the bug, that sometimes crashed the game when returning back to the main menu. Added continue button after plot dialog, so the player has more time to read the actual plot text. Added more gameplay tips to mission log (basic mechanics and power usage). Changed the icon for unread message in mission log. Added glow to mission log button to indicate when there are unread messages. Added glow to power upgrade buttons to indicate what upgrades are installable.
