Having a home gym was never more affordable! In 2021 with the COVID-19 pandemic, it has never been more important to stay fit. Yet with lockdowns and working from home, many of us experienced a decline in our level of fitness. This inspired me to design an affordable workout app that we could all use on the same Windows devices we are using to work from home! The app is also available on Xbox consoles (Xbox One and Series X|S). The app has the best selection of exercises grouped into a number of workouts for every muscle group. App includes the following types of exercises: * Cardio exercises * Core and abs exercises * Strength exercises * Calisthenics exercises * Pilates exercises * Functional exercises * Dumbbell exercises * MMA inspired exercises * Plyometric exercises * Isometric exercises Workouts are different every time. You can choose the length of time you want to exercise as well as the duration of breaks and individual exercises. I often start the workout session, do a few minutes of exercises, then pause it and go back to it during work breaks throughout the day. Other times, I just do a 30-minute workout during my lunch break. To help put you in a positive mindset, the Workout From Home app comes with several upbeat music tracks. You can also use your own music library for more variety. Or switch the in-app music off and use your preferred music streaming service instead. Your progress and calories burned are tracked. For best results, you should try to exercise at least three times a week. Remember to have fun and variety! On days you are not using this app, go for a walk, a bicycle ride, or a swim. This will prevent fatigue and help you reach your fitness goals faster. Workout From Home does not require any equipment, however, two pairs of dumbbells (light and medium weight) are highly recommended as this will give you access to more exercises. Also, a yoga mat is great for floor exercises! Please note that the app is a 7-day trial. After a week some workouts will be unavailable in the free version of the app. You can continue using the free workouts forever, or get the full version version of the app to unlock all workouts. The paid version costs about the price of coffee. The app does not contain any ads. Finally, remember to stay safe. Always warm up before exercise, stay hydrated and within your skill level, and be extra careful with dumbbell and jumping exercises to prevent injury.
